Basic Pizza Sauce One

Seed Tomatos and process in a blender or food processor until they are chopped coarsley. Add the herbs and seasonings. If using right away it
doesn’t need to be cooked. If it will be refridgerated or frozen, simmer sauce over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

This sounds good. I am going to can it. I love pizza sauce recipes to can. Then I make my own crust and wala. No pizza delivery where I live. I think I will up the garlic a little, and I have fresh herbs, so its less with fresh hervs is that,right? anyway thanks for the recipe
