• 1/2 Cup 14 Grain Blend
• 2 1/2 tsp. SAF Instant Yeast
• 3 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 4 Tbl Vital Wheat Gluten
• 1 Tbl Dough Enhancer
• 1/4 Cup Honey
• 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
• Slightly under 2 Cups Warm Water
• 3 Tbl Tofu Milk Powder

Set machine to Quick Bread setting and push start.
