Roasted Garlic-dry Jack Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 cups water 4 cups bread flour 30 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup dry jack cheese -- grated 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast In your machines fully assembled pan place the water, yeast, and 1 cup of the flour. Knead for 10 minutes and then stop the machine. Allow to stand in the machine for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Meanwhile place the garlic in a small pan and bake in a 350 degree oven until soft. Then mash the cloves in to a paste. Next add the rest of the flour, the salt, garlic and cheese to the machine pan with the starter. Select the basic or white bread setting and press start. You may need to add a 1 tablespoon of flour or water depending on what the dough looks like.
