Rice and Raisin Bread

2 1/2           cups  cereal-free soymilk
2               cups  brown rice flour
1                cup  white rice flour
1                cup  tapioca flour
1/3           cup  date sugar
4 1/2      teaspoons  xanthan gum
1 1/4      teaspoons  salt
4 1/2      teaspoons  yeast
3/4           cup  raisins

Place all of the ingredients except for the raisins in your machines full
assembled pan and in the order specified by your machines manufacturer.
Select the basic, white or raisin cycle. If your machine has an add
ingredients beep feature set that and add the raisins at the beep or
during the last 10 minutes of the final kneading.
