Protein Shakes August 12th, 2009 at 8:20 pmIt’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

meal replacement shake June 8th, 2010 at 12:55 pmIt’s excellent to check out MRP plans. I try to maintain the options, but I have found that working out like fast walking following a snack or often even workout routines which increase the body movement assists to bring down the glucose level.
