Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup milk 1/4 cup durkee famous sauce -- * see note 1 tablespoon butter 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 3 cups bread flour 3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 150 Calories; 2g Fat (13.5% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 27g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 5mg Cholesterol; 154mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates. NOTES : Recipe for Durkee Famous Sauce 1/2 cup cold water 4 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup cider vinegar + 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons salt 1/2 cup sugar 1 whole egg 4 tablespoons prepared mustard 4 tablespoons butter, in tiny bits Place all ingredients as listed in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Transfer to the top of a double boiler and cook over gently boiling water, stirring often for 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened and smooth. Once more put the mixture back through the blender for 30 seconds or until smooth, using high speed. Refridgerate in covered container for 24 hours before using. Will keep covered in the refridgerator for 3 months.
