Ginger Bread Bread

DOUGH
3/4           cup  milk
1/4           cup  molasses
1              whole  egg
3        tablespoons  applesauce
1         tablespoon  brown sugar
3/4      teaspoon  salt
3/4      teaspoon  ground cinnamon
3/4      teaspoon  bread flour
3 1/3           cups  bread flour
2          teaspoons  active dry yeast
ICING
1/2           cup  powdered sugar
1/4      teaspoon  vanilla extract
1           teaspoon  lemon juice
2        tablespoons  milk

Place all the dough  ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in
the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the basic/white
cycle and press start. After the bread is finished, remove from the pan.
Combine the icing ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Drizzle over the cooled
bread.
