Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- DOUGH 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup bread flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons instant yeast TOPPING 1/4 cup onions -- sliced thin 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary -- crushed Place all of the dough ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the Dough cycle and press start. When dough is done remove from pan to a lightly floured surface. If needed knead in enough flour to make the dough easy to handle. Divide the dough in half; form each half into a smooth ball. Roll each ball into a 10-inch round. Place each round on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Cover and set aside. Cook onion and rosemary in the olive oil, until the onion is tender. With finger tips press slight indentations into each round of dough. Sprinkle with the onion, oil and rosemary mixture. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on racks.
