Dough
1                cup  milk
1              whole  egg
1           teaspoon  salt
2        tablespoons  butter
3 1/4           cups  bread flour
1         tablespoon  sugar
2          teaspoons  yeast
Topping
1/2           cup  kalamata olives -- chopped
3             cloves  garlic -- minced
1/4         pound  feta cheese -- crumbled
1              whole  egg
1         tablespoon  water
1/8           cup  coarse salt -- optional

Place all of the dough ingredients in your machines fully assemebled pan.
Select the dough or manual cycle and press start. Grease a baking sheet
and set aside. When the dough is finished turn out onto a lightly oiled
surface. Divide dough into 16 equal peices. Form each piece into a ball.
Cover with a clean damp towel; let rest 5 minutes.

Combine olives, garlic, cheese and oil in a medium bowl; set aside. Beat
egg with 1 tbsp. water.

Flatten each ball of dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Place 2 inches apart on
the baking sheet. Brush dough with beaten egg mixture. Sprinkle each round
with equal amounts of the olive mixture; press topping in to dough
slightly. Cover with a damp towel; let rise in a warm place 45 minutes.

Place heavy pan on lower rack of oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sprinkle tops of dough with coarse salt, if desired. Place bread in oven.
Carefully place 4 to 5 ice cubes in the heavy pan; close door immediately.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove bread from
baking sheets to a wire rack to cool.
