Have the KA PRO 600 with the 6-quart bowl. The bowl has been mis-manufactured so the flat mixer blade hits on the back of the bowl but has clearance at the front. In fact, the mixer blade raises up at least an 1/8th inch and there's lots of noise whenever it works at the back part of the bowl. The blade cannot be removed when the unit is off and the stand is lowered (of course), when by chance (a 50/50) the blade stops at the back. No, this is NOT because I don't have the bowl clipped in all the way. Please..duh. You can see the two 90 degree brackets that are spot welded to the bowl were welded slightly tilted forward, it is very obvious. The bowl then sits tilted forward. At first, we thought this was the way it was designed...but after a few minutes use you can see it is a manufacturing mistake. The tilt will not allow proper blade to bowl adjustment clearance. I'll have to head back down to Macy's to get a new bowl.

I just found the manual for my Breadman TR 400 and made a PDF copy if that would be of use to your site. I know it is an old one but mine still works great and I couldn't find the manual online anywhere. I believe it is good for both the TR 400 and the TR 720.

Marga rollers are NOT made of aluminum as the review states above. They are made of synthetic steel alloy. I checked into it because I was concerned after reading this review that they had changed to aluminum. Best to always double check what you read. Honest mistakes happen to everyone.

can someone tell me if I can use packet pre mixed bread mixes with a delayed start program - I ask because the yeast is mixed in with all the ingredients, if I add the liquid and then set the machine to start in 6 hours will the bread still come out ok ? or will the yeast have exhausted itself? [if you know what I mean!?]
I cannot find anywhere info about this ???

I received the Cuisinart CBK-200C as a Christmas gift, and have yet to use it (thankfully). I was going to use it today but upon taking it out of the box and opening it up I was disappointed.. I really do not like how tall and narrow the pan is..
I was excited that it has a gluten-free setting, as I am gluten intolerant and allergic to wheat. But after reading all these reviews I think I'm just going to post it up on craigslist and find myself a better product!!

Thank you for the clear picture of where to put the oil. My machine has started squeaking after a peiod of non-use. Just needed to know exactly which "DooHicky" to put the oil on. Thank you very much!!

ELIZ C., I have owned two of these machines: a "Breadman Ultimate" that was replaced with a "Breadman Ultimate '97" by the company when the electronics in the first failed after 8 months. The second one's motor burned out many years later. :( I kept both instruction manuals in hopes of finding another machine at a thrift store or yard sale one day, so I may be able to help you? The back cover of the FIRST manual has a printed "TR2200" which probably correspond to the model number? This machine's control panel has these settings: Basic bread, Whole wheat, French, Sweet, Batter bread, Jam, Dough, Pasta dough. And it looks like there is a little light on the top right corner that illuminates when the machine is operating or keeping warm. The SECOND manual has "TR2200'97" printed on its back cover. That machine's control panel has settings for: White, Whole wheat, French, Fruit and nut, Batter bread, Jam, Dough, Pasta dough, and doesn't appear to have the illuminated operation light. If either of these corresponds to your machine, I could send you copies of the manual. How can I contact you?
